Stitch has been scanned in pup,and we can expect puppies around August 30th!
Brucie is an absolutely gorgeous boy, we have used him twice before and he has produced some awesome dogs for us. My long term plan was always to mate a Tweed daughter to him so I have been waiting for this litter for many years!
Bruce is a super natured dog, on the large size of average, he is G7 in agility and is also a lovely, easy dog to live with as well.
Stitch is just about almost perfect :-) She isn't the biggest (about 47cm/13kgs) but she is a 'real' Border Collie, she will herd anything that moves, she loves training and is fully trained for agility (although a little rusty from not doing any for months) She is a pleasure to work with, being very keen and responsive, although a little less intense/full on than her mother! She is a lovely dog to live with, easy and settled in the house.
I am so excited about this combination, I think they will make the most amazing pups for experienced agility/working/sport homes. We expect the puppies will have moderate bone, nice type, with the correct conformation to be able to stay sound for long active lives. Both parents are fast and powerful, they are both very biddable and keen. They are not noise sensitive or reactive at all. They both live as much loved pets, and are cuddly and affectionate :-)
Colour wise, they could possibly produce black/white, black tri, blue/white, blue tri, blue merle, blue merle tri, slate merle and slate merle tri pups, we shall have to wait and see!
