Piper x Tyke 26/02/25

Piper and Tyke have 6 stunning puppies, 5 girls and a boy! 

The first four were born at home, very relaxed and easy - but after several hours with no progression, we decided to take Piper and pups into our fabulous vet and get some help. After trying Oxytocin with no result, we decided to do a C-section - my first ever. Thankfully, although we sadly lost the stuck puppy (a blue merle girl), we were in time to save the others, and we had two beautiful healthy pups born.

We can't thank vet Chloe, nurses Kirstin & Lauren, and their whole team enough for their help. 

All the pups are fat and content, Piper is being an amazing mother, healing well and at Piper speed!, and I am so excited for these babies.
